For both Canadian and UK customers, all applicable duties and taxes are collected by Nurse Babes at the time of purchase. Tax and duty rates are set by each country’s government and are based on factors such as the value of the goods, shipping costs, and the country of manufacture.

Canada – Tax & Duties Refunds
Canadian customers may reclaim import duties and sales tax (GST/PST) for returned items through Canada’s Casual Refund Program. 

UK – VAT Refunds

• Orders valued below £135 (including shipping): VAT refunds are processed automatically once your returned items are received.

• Orders valued above £135 (including shipping): VAT is nonrefundable.
